With the development of PCB technique, ABP improve our technical capacity continuously. Right now we could make 15u" Flash Gold, and could reach to 40u" for Hard Gold and Gold Finger area. In addition, our new factory IQE have applied to ISOLA company for importing material directly, so that we could meet our customer's demand for special material in the near future.
