ABP added automatic PCBA Coating machine

To continuously meet the technical requirements of high-end PCBA and our customers’ growing production capacity needs, our company has recently formally introduced and put into production a brand-new fully automatic conformal coating equipment (for three-proof lacquer/paint spraying).

This equipment has undergone rigorous selection, on-site verification, and production line testing, and is now operating stably with full external service availability. As a professional service provider specializing in SMT chip processing, we deeply recognize that three-proof protection (moisture-proof, dust-proof, and corrosion-proof) for PCBA has become a core element of product quality and reliability in fields such as automotive electronics, medical devices, industrial control, and new energy.

Traditional semi-automatic or manual spraying processes often suffer from issues such as uneven thickness, edge bridging, stringing, and missed spraying when dealing with high-density boards, irregularly shaped components, and exposed connector terminals, which restricts overall yield and delivery efficiency.

The newly introduced fully automatic conformal coating machine features an independent steel gantry structure, CCD visual positioning, servo-driven ball screw modules, with a repeatability accuracy of ±0.02mm. It supports multiple valve configurations and programmable spraying trajectory editing, enabling millimeter-level precise selective coating. It is also paired with a UV curing oven to achieve fast, low-heat, and highly efficient curing, significantly improving the overall consistency and capacity of the three-proof process.

The commissioning of this newly added fully automatic conformal coating machine and UV curing oven production line represents an important step in our company’s ongoing commitment to technological upgrading and responding to customers’ high-end requirements.
